We offer: All Risk comprehensive insurance covering all transport risks, specific risk insurance, civil liability insurance, and insurance against war and riot risks. Insurance values start from 0.1% of the shipment value.
What happens if my shipment is damaged or lost?+
Notify us immediately within 24 hours and document the damage with photos. Our team will handle filing the insurance claim on your behalf. The average settlement time is 7-14 business days with a success rate exceeding 95%.
Is there a maximum insurance value for a single shipment?+
There is no maximum limit in most cases. We can insure shipments valued at over one million dollars through our international insurance partners. For shipments over $500,000, we need additional details to provide a customized quote.
