HR-Y reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any amendments are posted constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.

HR-Y provides a comprehensive range of services including:

• Customs clearance services for imports and exports at all Yemeni ports
• Sea, air, and land freight services
• Storage and warehouse management services
• Cargo insurance services
• Customs and commercial consulting
• Electronic shipment tracking and follow-up

When using our services, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, correct, and complete information about goods and shipments
• Provide all required documents and paperwork in a timely manner
• Comply with all customs regulations, laws, and trade rules
• Not use our services for any illegal or unlawful activity
• Fully disclose the nature of goods and not conceal any material information
• Pay service fees on agreed schedules

Service fees are determined according to the nature of the requested service, the volume of goods, and their destination. A price quote is provided before any procedure begins and is binding on both parties upon acceptance.

Final fees include: HR-Y service fees, government customs duties, port and handling fees, and any additional agreed-upon charges. The company is not responsible for any unexpected additional customs duties from government authorities.

HR-Y is responsible for providing agreed-upon services in accordance with professional standards and best practices in customs clearance.

• Delays caused by government or customs authority decisions
• Damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
• Losses resulting from force majeure (wars, natural disasters, pandemics)
• Customs fines and penalties resulting from client violations

The company is not responsible for:

HR-Y is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all commercial and financial information of its clients. No information will be disclosed except to legally authorized parties or with the client's explicit consent.

The use of HR-Y's services is strictly prohibited for:

The company reserves the right to immediately terminate any contract if the service is found to be used for prohibited purposes, with notification to the relevant authorities.

• Importing or exporting internationally or locally banned goods
• Smuggling goods or evading customs duties
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Shipping counterfeit or fake goods
• Any activity that violates Yemeni or international laws

In the event of any dispute between the company and the client, the following procedure shall be followed:

• Attempting an amicable resolution within 30 days from the date of dispute notification
• Resorting to commercial arbitration under the regulations of the Yemeni Chamber of Commerce
• If arbitration is not possible, Yemeni courts shall have jurisdiction over the dispute

These terms are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Yemen.

Either party has the right to terminate the contractual relationship in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the contract. HR-Y reserves the right to immediately terminate service in the event the client violates any of these terms, without prejudice to the company's right to claim any financial dues.
